LEARNING ABOUT SOLAR ENERGY AT THE APS STAR CENTER

Group members visited one of the world’s premier Solar Test and Research facilities, operated by our local power company, APS. We learned how new technologies are developed and tested for converting solar energy into low-cost electricity.
